I am taking the time to write this e-mail as yesterday I was dreading the looming time of renewing my car insurance, After being quoted an outrageous sum by my current insurer I decided that it was going to be one of those days and prepared my self for a day of ignorance and silly quotes, then after seeing your number in autotrader decided that Autonet would be my next port of call.

Almost immediately After an Autonet insurance advisor answered the phone I was at ease and could see this would not be half as much hard work as the others, she was instantly relaxed in her tone and appreciated that I really did not want to do any more quotes and was sick of being on the phone to insurance firms. She put me on hold only once after asking if it was ok or if I would like her to call back and that was easily for less than 30 seconds and not only was it quite a pleasurable call but she also came back with a fully comprehensive quote, over £200 cheaper than I currently pay for third party fire and theft!

After speaking with the Autonet insurance advisor I tried one more firm and they in fact came up another £150 cheaper but with bad customer service, refusal to tell me any real detail with regards to the policy and a general attitude of disbelief at the details and benefits of the policy I had been offered by Autonet insurance.

Thus making my decision for me, in the fact that for the sake of £150 I would rather go to your firm and have the peace of mind with a company that does not seem to be hiding anything and has customer service representatives as helpful as the advisor at Autonet insurance was to my self yesterday.

As already stated I would just like to say how that extra effort has put your firm way in front of the others and I shall recommend you to anyone who asks.
