
This department consists of two teams. The HR Department are a small team who provide support and information to all areas of the business. They are responsible for providing detailed and punctual reports to management and the design and enforcement of company policies and procedures. The team deals with a variety of tasks on a daily basis, and ensures that the business is compliant with all current employment legislation. The People Development Team works within the business to support and develop all members of staff, so that they can enhance their skills and further their careers within the company. They provide ongoing training courses and constant support and advice. Both teams work in a friendly, fast paced environment to provide a first class service to meet the needs of the business.
