The Renewals Department is responsible for ensuring that our current clients renew their policies, retaining their business for another year. The department offers two roles, either a lively sales focused position or a more detailed focused administration position. The department has an excellent working environment and we offer full training to support your personal development needs.

To work in this department you require the following skills:

• Ability to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
• Administration, customer service or sales background is a distinct advantage
• Professional manner and basic IT skills
