As we believe that our people are one of our most important assets, we invest time and money into ensuring that individuals and teams throughout the business possess the required knowledge and skills to do their jobs. With this in mind, at Autonet we deliver a variety of training programmes to both new and existing staff.

All new employees attend our Induction Programme. This is a two-week programme designed to provide an individual with all the knowledge and skills that they require to carry out their new job roles.

For our existing staff we deliver bespoke training interventions that directly impact upon and improve performance on a daily basis. The programmes delivered focus on industry specific and behavioural topics. For example; An introduction to No Claims bonus or An Introduction to Delivering Excellent Customer Care.

In addition to the above, our training team are always on hand to assist individuals should they have specific training needs not catered for in the formal courses/programmes delivered.
