Sales Outbound

The Outbound Department is responsible for generating potential leads for our sales teams. From using information generated by our own systems the Outbound team sell a variety of products to prospective customers to gain their interest and then pass the calls to the relevant department. There is no cold calling and the hard selling is the responsibility of the Inbound Sales Department. Ideally, this role would suit students or parents etc, as the shift patterns are predominantly part time and can be matched to suit your needs.

To work in this department you require the following skills:

• Ability to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent telephone manner and basic IT skills
