I am writing in fulsome praise about one of your sales advisors, Gareth, who has been instrumental in not only providing myself, partner, family and friends with superb low cost cover, but has gone out of his way to provide wisdom, insight and advice on a whole host of motoring/insurance related matters in a wonderfully nothing-to-gain aftercare manner.

Additionally, I was so impressed with Gareth’s overall knowledge, together with overt friendliness and yet a none-too-pushy style, that this ensured I had no hesitation in insuring all three of our cars with your group along with recommending unhesitatingly to family and friends alike.

They, I am sure, will eventually follow my lead in contacting your efficient organisation whenever their premiums are due for renewal, knowing how painstakingly detailed I require my own policies to be.

May I also add that your other staff have also been nothing but courteous and conscientious throughout my dealings over the phone, but Gareth has made a normally impersonal act very friendly, and that he creates a feeling of being pro-customer.
