Singer Pete Doherty has admitted not having car insurance in place after facing dangerous driving charges.
The 30-year-old Babyshambles singer appeared before Stroud magistrates accused of driving dangerously, while drunk and in possession of heroin.
Officers spotted a car being driven erratically in Gloucester last week.
His barrister, Peter Ratcliffe, indicated that Mr Doherty would plead not guilty to dangerous driving.
However, the singer then entered guilty pleas to two offences of drug possession and to having no licence or insurance, all on June 11.
Police found 0.02oz (0.6g) of heroin, worth around £35, in the car and later found 15 wraps of the drug, worth up to £300, at his Wiltshire country home.
Mr Doherty entered no plea to the drink-driving allegation.
