People from Germany who ski do not have any awareness of their fellow skiers while on the slopes, a travel insurance company has claimed.
A survey by InsureandGo also claimed that skiers need to watch out for people from Italy because they apparently ski and board too quickly.
British skiers, men in particular, try to show off too much, skiers from France apparently think they ski far better than their true ability, and Spanish skiers have not been trained enough, the firm claims.
Most skiing accidents seem to take place in late afternoon and just after lunch. Most of the accidents are caused by people being jealous of better skiers and trying to overcompensate by pushing themselves beyond their abilities, according to the survey.
