Autonet Insurance partners with virtual phone service everreach

by  |

Autonet Insurance, one of the UK’s largest van insurance brokers, has extended the range of services offered to its SME customer base by agreeing a new partnership with everreach, the virtual phone service from Telefónica.

The collaboration with the virtual phone service that helps small businesses to look and sound like big businesses offers all Autonet Insurance customers a free three-month subscription to everreach. The subscription includes a new local or national virtual phone number and a call forwarding and management system to ensure new jobs and leads are effectively managed.

The partnership is the latest addition to the suite of services already available to the Autonet Insurance tradesman customer base and has been established to support the continued growth of startups and enterprise in the UK, and follows a recent everreach study revealing that the mismanagement of business calls can cost tradespeople up to £52,000 a year in lost revenue.

Ian Donaldson, Managing Director of Autonet Insurance, comments: “We are pleased to create a partnership with everreach on this fantastic new venture. Autonet Insurance customers are important to us and we know how imperative it is that every call is answered in order to grow their business. This new platform will ensure that their business is taken care of.”

Nick Mullen, CEO of everreach, comments: “There are over three million people in skilled trades across the country, making up a tenth of the workforce and contributing to over 240,000 live policies at Autonet Insurance. These are exactly the kind of people we can support as they get their businesses off the ground; not only in providing a local or national number to give them some added credibility but by managing their calls and ensuring no leads are missed when they’re on the move, on a job or even too busy to pick up.”

The free three-month subscription to everreach is available to Autonet Insurance customers from Monday 7 July.
