Changes to your policy

To make sure your policy remains valid and provides you with suitable protection, it's essential that you let us know of any changes to your circumstances (or the circumstances of others insured on the policy) straight away.

There may be a change to your premium as a result of a change. If your premium increases, we may need to take payment.

If you've allowed Autonet to securely store your card details for future payments, then you may make a payment via live chat - if you need to give your card details then this will have to be done via a phone call to our Customer Service Team.

What is considered an important change?

Important changes include but are not limited to:

  • Change of insured vehicle or property
  • Change of address
  • Change of occupation
  • Additional drivers
  • Vehicle modification
  • Motoring convictions or accidents
  • If you are now exceeding any applicable mileage limits
